The Z channel crossmembers are places 24 inches one way and 12 inches the other way increasing to 7 inches at the aft to further solidify the deck giving the strength needed with the added plus of deflecting water away from the pontoon. Palm Beach Pontoons had a large footprint H shaped bracket that solidly grounds the deck to the tubes to provide a stable structure. Innovative Positive Air Lock system keeps the tubes from filling up with water if they are damaged.
